How much does a heating system replacement cost?
A straightforward gas boiler swap usually falls somewhere around €3,000 to €6,000, depending on the unit and the work involved. A heat pump, including installation, typically costs between €15,000 and €30,000 before subsidies, heavily dependent on the building and the system size you choose. After a short on-site visit, we'll give you a binding fixed-price quote.
How quickly can your emergency service reach me?

Which Vienna districts do you serve?
We work throughout Vienna, based in the 22nd district (Donaustadt), with short travel times to neighboring districts. We also take on jobs in the greater Vienna area by arrangement.
Do you offer advice on heat pump subsidies?
Yes. We'll inform you about the current subsidies from the Austrian federal government („Raus aus Öl und Gas") and the City of Vienna („Sauber Heizen für Wien"), and help you put together the documents needed for the subsidy application.
How does a bathroom renovation work and how long does it take?
After the site visit and planning, we carry out demolition, rough-in installation (water, drainage, and electrical work coordinated with an electrician), tiling, and installation of the bathroom fixtures. An average bathroom is fully renovated in about two to three weeks, depending on scope.
Do you provide a warranty on your work?
Yes, our installation work is covered by the statutory two-year warranty under Austrian warranty law. For new appliances, the manufacturer's warranty also applies.
Are there any callout fees?
For scheduled appointments within Vienna, we generally don't charge a separate callout fee. For emergency service outside business hours and for jobs further out in the Vienna metropolitan area, a callout fee may apply – we'll tell you the amount transparently before work begins.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and cash payment. For larger renovation projects, payment in agreed installments based on construction progress is possible.

What does the emergency service cost outside business hours?
Outside our regular business hours (Mon–Fri 7 AM–5 PM) – that is, evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays – we charge a surcharge on the hourly rate. We'll tell you the exact amount over the phone before the technician sets out.
